:   Dextran 70 (0.1%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 2910 (0.8%), monobasic sodium phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, dextrose and purified water. Preserved with benzalkonium chloride (0.01%). May also contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH.

Unit Dose: ACTIVES: Dextran 70 (0.1%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 2910 (0.8%), INACTIVES: Dextrose, diabasic sodium phosphate, monobasic sodium phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride and purified water. May also contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH.

:   For use as a lubricant to prevent further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.

Directions :   First wash hands to avoid contamination of bottle. Then, pull the lower lid gently away from the eye to create a small pocket. Carefully tilt container over the open eye. Without touching the eye or eyelid, squeeze one or two drops into the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by a doctor.

Unit Dose: Detach a single-dose container from the strip. Be sure each container is intact before using it. Do not use if container is not intact.

Wash hands to avoid contamination of the unit-dose tip. To open, gently twist off the tip.

With thumb and finger on either side of the bubble, carefully tilt the container over the open eye. Without touching the tip to the eye or eyelid, squeeze one or two drops into the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by a doctor.

Repeat in other eye.

Do not reuse. Once opened, discard since sterility can no longer be maintained.

:   Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.

To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.

For multidose units, replace cap immediately after using.

For unit dose units, discard after single use.
