A sterile solution that contains boric acid, sodium borate, sodium chloride and water; preserved with benzalkonium chloride (0.01%).
Does not contain Thimerosal.

Use Collyrium Eye Wash for cleansing the eye to help relieve irritation by removing loose foreign material, air pollutants (smog or pollen) or chlorinated water.
Home For cleansing the eye to remove loose foreign material or whenever a soothing eye rinse is necessary.
Hospitals, Dispensaries and Clinics: For emergency flushing of loose foreign material or chemicals from the eye.
Rinse eyecup with Collyrium Eye Wash immediately before and after each use.
Avoid contamination of rim and inside surfaces of cup. Fill cup half full with Collyrium Eye Wash and apply the cup to the affected eye, pressing tightly to prevent the escape of the liquid, and tilt the head backward. Open eyelids wide and rotate eyeball to ensure thorough bathing with the wash.
If cup is not used, flush the affected eye as needed, controlling the rate of flow of solution by pressure on the bottle.
Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature.
Use before expiration date marked on bottle and carton.
In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.
: To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists, consult a doctor. Obtain immediate medical treatment for all open wounds in or near the eyes. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.
