Active Ingredients (per softgel): Doxylamine Succinate 6.25 mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg, Acetaminophen 250 mg, Pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg. (per 2 TBSP):   Doxylamine succinate 12.5 mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 30 mg, Acetaminophen 1000 mg, Pseudoephedrine HCl 60 mg.

Inactive Ingredients: (per softgel): Blue 1, Gelatin, Glycerin, Polyethylene Glycol, Povidone, Propylene Glycol and Purified Water, Sorbitol Special, Yellow 10. (Liquid):   Alcohol 10%, Citric Acid, Flavor, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Polyethylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Citrate.

Original flavor also has Green 3, Yellow 6, Yellow 10.

Cherry flavor also has Blue 1, Red 40.

Sodium Content:   Original flavor, 35 mg per 30 ml dose. Cherry flavor, 35 mg per 30 ml dose.

Directions:    Adults Dose (12 yrs. and older):

Take 2 Tablespoons (TBSP) or 30 ml in dose cup provided. Repeat every 6 hours. Do not take more than 4 doses a day or use as directed by a doctor. If taking NyQuil and DayQuil®, limit total to 4 doses per day.

Ask a doctor for use in children under 12 yrs. of age.

Directions:    Adults 12 yrs. and older: Swallow two softgels with water. A total of 4 doses may be taken per day, each 4 hours apart or as directed by a doctor. If taking both NyQuil and DayQuil, limit total to 4 doses per day. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN.

If nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur, discontinue use and ask a doctor. May cause marked drowsiness. May cause excitability especially in children.

Alcohol Warning:   If you generally consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks per day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect. Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this product. Use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating heavy machinery.
