Purpose

Pain reliever/fever reducer

Uses:   Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to:

· common cold · backache

· headache · menstrual cramps

· toothache · minor pain of arthritis

· muscular aches

Temporarily reduces fever

Allergy Alert:   naproxen sodium may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include: · hives · facial swelling
· asthma (wheezing) · shock

Alcohol Warning:   If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take
naproxen sodium or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Naproxen sodium may cause stomach bleeding.

USE NAPROXEN SODIUM DURING THE LAST 3 MONTHS OF PREGNANCY UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO DO SO BY A DOCTOR BECAUSE IT MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS IN THE UNBORN
CHILD OR COMPLICATIONS DURING DELIVERY.

Keep out of reach of children.   In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Dietary information (in each tablet, caplet*, gelcap**)

Directions:   Drink a full glass of water with each dose.

Adults: · Take 1 tablet (caplet*, gelcap**) every 8 to 12 hours while symptoms persist. For the first dose you may take
2 tablets (caplets*, gelcaps**) within the first hour. The smallest effective dose should be used.

Do not take more than:

Over age 65: · Do not take more than 1 tablet (caplet*, gelcap**) every 12 hours unless directed by a doctor.

Children under 12 years of age: · Do not give this product to children under 12 unless directed by a doctor.

Inactive Ingredients (Tablets/Caplets*):   magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, opadry YS-1-4215,
povidone, talc.

Inactive Ingredients (Gelcaps**): D&C; yellow #10 lake, edetate disodium, edible ink, FD&C; blue #1, FD&C;
yellow #6 lake, gelatin, glycerin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose,
polyethylene glycol, povidone, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin.

Store at room temperature: Avoid high humidity and excessive heat 104°F (40°C).

How Supplied:   Aleve tablets in boxes of 24, 50, 100, 150. Caplets of 8, 24, 50, 100, 150, 200. Gelcaps of 20, 40, 80.
